To complement your personal training program everyone can benefit from a personalised nutrition plan. This will be based on your specific goals and around your lifestyle. I can offer online nutrition consultations or face to face which ever suits you.

To fuel your body while training you will need to follow a nutrition plan which provides you with the proper combination of nutrients.  Prior to your consultation you will be asked to complete a food diary which will be analysed for our consultation. Following the consultation you will receive a tailor made 4 week meal plan and shopping list.
