Tofu Scramble

I love this recipe for the mornings I have time to cook. It’s a variation of scrambled eggs using tofu. The great thing about this dish is you can add whatever vegetables you have lying around and it always works!


  • 1 block firm tofu
  • tofu scramble  ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  •    1 tbsp soy sauce
  •  ½ tbsp cider vinegar


1)      Squeeze excess moisture from the tofu

2)      Heat up a tsp olive oil in a pan and add cumin and mustard seeds

3)      When the mustard seeds begin to pop add the tofu and mash using the back of a fork

4)      Leave the tofu to fry to allow the moisture to evaporate for around 5 mins

5)      Add the soy sauce, cider vinegar, and turmeric and cook for a further 3 mins before serving
