All packages offer continued feedback and support throughout. In addition to regular reviews of your progress I am always available to answer questions or offer advice. Every client will have their own personalised training pack with details of their training programme, nutrition programme, and their fitness assessments.
- Initial consultation – FREE (Includes health and lifestyle assessment and preparation of your personal training pack)
- One on One Personal Training – £30 per hour (Includes bespoke personal training program and regular reviews and fitness testing) Block bookings can offer discounted rates (6 sessions for £125).
- Couples Personal Training – £20 per hour each
- Small group Training – Contact me today and we can assess your requirements
- Nutrition Consultation – £25 per hour (Includes full assessment of your current diet and meal plan and shopping list for the next 4 weeks)
- Online Programs – Some clients are more interested in a personalised training program and continued support rather than attending one on one sessions. If you are interested in one of the online packages I provide contact me today. Prices start from £25 a month.
