6 weeks of PT sessions with Lizzy Ahmed are over. She’s worked me hard every session (with me hating her throughout lol) done plans and been a great friend through it all. Time for me to run a mile has dropped by 41 seconds both biceps and chest grown nicely beaten all scores in fitness test and dropped 1.65% body fat (which my diet hasnt been great with several work nights out, take aways and plenty of beer is enough for now) and looking much better for it. Definitely doing this again



My daughter and I had a training session with Lizzy after joining our local gym. We explained our past injuries and hectic work life balance thinking that a few bits of advice would be enough to keep us going. Lizzy doesn’t just give you advice she makes you work and integrate it into your life. Gym would be so boring without regular tailored training sessions which target specific areas. Her knowledge tells you exactly what you are doing and why. Her energy levels are crazy but infectious making us want to visit the gym 5 days a week. We learn new routines which keep us focused and on target. We are both stronger, fitter and pain free and we love it.
